From here, things move quickly. I implement my marketing strategy, that includes different team managed events, for example buyer showings, open houses, and keeping you apprised of our progress. All of these are coordinated with you to ensure you of your family are not inconveniently displaced.

I assist you to prepare for the closing with tasks such as the buyer’s home inspection, buyer’s loan appraisal, if required, municipality inspection, and preparing to move so things move forward in a streamlined fashion towards the closing.
